The Founder and Owner, Mr. Manish Advilkar, envisage creating a larger platform for bodybuilding careers for the aspirants to display their best and expand their careers professionally without much hassle.

The competition is divided into 2 categories-
1. Professional Bodybuilding- Below 60 kg, below 65 kg, below 70 kg, below 75 kg, below 80 kg & above 80 kg
2. Physique- Below 164 cm & above 164 cm

The competition format of bodybuilding has top 5 awards & the 1st winner of each category will compete for the title of “ KING MASS CLASSIC 2023”. The competition format of Men's Physique also has 5 awards & the 1st winner of each category will compete for the title of “MASS Physique 2023”.

'घर बंदूक बिरयानी'मधील 'गुन गुन' गाणं आता तेलुगू, तामिळमध्ये प्रदर्शित

झी स्टुडिओज आणि नागराज पोपटराव मंजुळे प्रस्तुत, हेमंत जंगल अवताडे दिग्दर्शित 'घर बंदूक बिरयानी' चित्रपटातील 'गुन गुन' या हळुवार प्रेम फुलवणाऱ्या गाण्याने अल्पावधीतच संगीतप्रेमींना आपलंस केलं. सोशल मीडियावर या गाण्याला ३ मिलियनहूनही अधिक व्ह्यूज मिळाले असून अनेक तरूण तरूणी आपल्या प्री वेडिंग शूटसाठीही या गाण्याचा वापर करत आहेत. मराठी प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात घर केल्यानंतर आता हे प्रेमगीत तेलुगू आणि तामिळ भाषेतही आपल्या भेटीला आलं आहे. तेलुगूमधील 'गुन गुन' या गाण्याला चंद्रबोस यांचे बोल लाभले असून तामिळमधील गाण्याला युगभारती यांनी शब्दबद्ध केले आहे. या दोन्ही भाषेतील गाण्यांना ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र यांनी संगीत दिले असून प्रेमाची तरल भावना व्यक्त करणाऱ्या या गाण्याला अनुराग कुलकर्णी आणि अदिती भावराजू यांच्या आवाजाने अधिकच रंगत आणली आहे. पहिल्या प्रेमाची चाहूल लागणारं हे सुंदर गीत आकाश ठोसर आणि सायली पाटील यांच्यावर चित्रित करण्यात आलं आहे.

संगीतकार ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र म्हणतात, '' हे गाणं मराठीत ऐकायला जितकं श्रवणीय वाटतं तितकंच तेलुगू आणि तामिळ भाषेतही वाटतंय. एकच गाणं विविध भाषेत करताना मजा आली. मुळात गाण्याची चाल सारखीच आहे. भावनाही तीच आहे. फक्त त्याची भाषा बदलली आहे. मला खात्री आहे, मराठीसह दाक्षिणात्य संगीतरसिकही या गाण्यावर मनापासून प्रेम करतील.''

मराठीत हे गाणं आशिष कुलकर्णी आणि कविता राम यांनी गायलं असून वैभव देशमुख यांचे या गाण्याला बोल लाभले आहेत तर ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र यांनी संगीत दिले आहे. येत्या ७ एप्रिल रोजी 'घर बंदूक बिरयानी' मराठी, हिंदी तेलुगू आणि तामिळ भाषेत प्रदर्शित होणार आहे.

'सातारचा सलमान' चित्रपटात झळकणार 'हे' नामवंत चेहरे

काही दिवसांपूर्वीच प्रकाश सिंघी, टेक्सास स्टुडिओज निर्मित, रिलायन्स एन्टरटेन्मेंट प्रदर्शित आणि हेमंत ढोमे दिग्दर्शित 'सातारचा सलमान' या चित्रपटाचा ट्रेलर प्रदर्शित झाला. हिरो बनण्याचे स्वप्न पाहणाऱ्या सर्वसामान्य तरुणाची ही कथा आहे. त्यांचा सामान्य तरुण ते हिरो बनण्यापर्यंतचा रंजक प्रवास यात दाखवण्यात आला आहे. ट्रेलरला प्रेक्षकांकडून भरभरून प्रतिसाद मिळत आहे. यात सुयोग गोऱ्हे, शिवानी सुर्वे, सायली संजीव, अक्षय टंकसाळे, मकरंद देशपांडे, आनंद इंगळे यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका असून त्यांच्या जबरदस्त अभिनयाची झलक या ट्रेलरमध्ये पाहायला मिळत आहे. मात्र या ट्रेलरमध्ये आणखी एक गोष्ट प्रेक्षकांचे लक्ष वेधत आहे, ती म्हणजे मराठी सिनेसृष्टीतील काही नामवंत कलाकार. महेश मांजरेकर, सई ताम्हणकर, जितेंद्र जोशी, हेमंत ढोमे, अनिकेत विश्वासराव, नेहा महाजन, कमलेश सावंत यांचे चेहरेही या ट्रेलरमध्ये झळकले आहेत. त्यामुळे आता प्रेक्षकांना उत्सुकता लागून राहिली आहे ती, या कलाकारांच्या 'सातारच्या सलमान'मध्ये नेमक्या काय भूमिका आहेत? मात्र हे जाणून घेण्यासाठी प्रेक्षकांना ३ मार्चपर्यंत वाट पाहावी लागेल.

आपणही मोठ्या पडद्यावर झळकावे, हिरो बनावे, असे स्वप्न आपल्यापैकी अनेक जण बघतात. काहींचे सत्यात उतरते तर काहींचे स्वप्नच राहते. असेच हिरो बनण्याचे स्वप्न एका खेड्यातील सामान्य तरुणाने पाहिले आहे. 'स्वप्नं बघितली तरंच पूर्ण होतात!' अशी भावना असणाऱ्या तरुणाची हिरो बनण्याची जिद्द, त्यासाठीची त्याची धडपड आणि अखेर त्याचे त्याची स्वप्नपूर्ती होते का? हे आपल्याला येत्या ३ मार्च रोजी समजणार आहे. प्रकाश सिंघी, टेक्सास स्टुडिओज निर्मित, रिलायन्स एन्टरटेन्मेंट प्रदर्शित ‘सातारचा सलमान' या चित्रपटाचा भव्यदिव्य ट्रेलर नुकताच सोशल मीडियावर प्रदर्शित झाला आहे. हेमंत ढोमे दिग्दर्शित या चित्रपटात सुयोग गोऱ्हे, शिवानी सुर्वे, सायली संजीव, अक्षय टंकसाळे, मकरंद देशपांडे, आनंद इंगळे यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका असून महेश मांजरेकर, जितेंद्र जोशी, सई ताम्हणकर, अनिकेत विश्वासराव, नेहा महाजन, कमलेश सावंत यांचीही झलक दिसत आहे. तगडी स्टारकास्ट असलेला हा चित्रपट धमाल मनोरंजक असणार याचा अंदाज ट्रेलरवरूनच येत आहे.

ट्रेलरमध्ये साताऱ्यात राहणारा एक सामान्य मुलगा हिरो बनण्याचे स्वप्न बघतोय. ते पूर्ण करण्यासाठीची त्याची मेहनत, त्याचा सामान्य मुलगा ते हिरो बनण्यापर्यंतचा खडतर प्रवास, या प्रवासात त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांनी आणि मित्रांनी केलेली मदत यात दिसत आहे. मात्र त्याच्या आयुष्यात आलेले हे चढउतार त्याला कोणत्या वळणावर नेणार आणि त्याच्या समोर आलेली परिस्थिती त्याला खरंच हिरो बनवणार का, याचे उत्तर मात्र 'सातारचा सलमान' पाहिल्यावरच मिळणार आहे.

या चित्रपटाबद्दल दिग्दर्शक हेमंत ढोमे म्हणतात, '' प्रत्येक जण आपापल्या क्षेत्रात मोठं होण्याचं स्वप्न बघत असतो आणि या प्रवासात प्रत्येकाच्याच वाटेवर अनेक अडचणी येतात. कधीकधी अशी वेळही येते की, आता सगळं संपलं, असं वाटतं. मात्र आपण वाईटातूनही काही चांगलं बघितलं पाहिजे आणि आयुष्यात पुढे गेलं पाहिजे. आयुष्यात आशावादी आणि सकारात्मक राहणे खूप गरजेचं आहे. आपण आपलं काम करत राहावं, त्यातूनच काहीतरी चांगलं निष्पन्न होतं, ही ऊर्जा देणारा हा चित्रपट आहे. हा एक धमाल, निखळ मनोरंजन करणारा चित्रपट आहे, जो सर्व वयोगटातील प्रेक्षकांना आपल्यातीलच एक वाटेल.''

Indore Municipal Corporation’s Green Bonds lists on National Stock Exchange

Mumbai/Indore February 21, 2023: Indore Municipal Corporation (“IMC” or “Corporation”), was established in the year 1956 under the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956. Its public issue of rated, listed, taxable, secured, redeemable, non-convertible green municipal bonds saw itself list on NSE on February 21, 2023.

According to the base issue size, the Institution/QIB category was subscribed the most with 7.52 times, followed by 6.70 times in the corporate category, 5.78 times in the retail category, 3.62 times in the HNI category. The Issue opened on February 10, 2023 and closes Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

The Green Bonds have a tenor of 3 years (STRPP A), 5 years (STRPP B), 7 years (STRPP C) and 9 years (STRPP D). Effective yield (per annum) for NCD holders in Category I (QIB), Category II (Corporate), Category III (HNI) and Category IV (Retail Individual) for tenor 3 years, 5 years and 7 years is 8.41% and for STRPP D with 9 years’ tenor is 8.42%. Interest payments are through various modes, i.e., Direct Credit, NACH, RTGS, NEFT and Registered Post/Speed Post.

The Green Bonds have been assigned a rating of ‘CARE AA: Stable’ by CARE Ratings Limited and ‘IND AA+/Stable’ by India Ratings & Research Private Limited.

On the listing event held at Kushabhau Thakre convention centre at Bhopal, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh said “Indore is the city which thinks outside the box and does outside the box. For e.g the listing of green bond on the exchange .Our Prime Minister has announced a program under the name “Panchamrut”. The intention to increase the non-fossil energy to 500 GW by 2030, but also at the same time to ensure that 50 per cent of the energy requirement comes from renewable energy and India is to achieve the target by 2070. Electric buses have been introducing in the city and have also installed 26 charging stations. The municipal corporation has planted atleast 2 lakh sapplings at Nehru Park, Meghdoot Garden, airport and regional parks to improve the air quality of Indore and as a result we have registered 4 lacs carbon credit and have generated a revenue of Rs 9 crore under a business model. A power plant has been installed at Jalud where they will produce electricity and bring down their electiricity bill for the people of Indore. On the occasion of Solar day which falls on May 3rd, Sanchi will become the country’s first solar city which is world-famous for stupas and Buddhist pilgrimage sites”.

Indore’s Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava said “It is Shri Shivraj’s vision to make Indore the world's leading smart city. As a result, Indore was able to list India's first green bond, which will enable Indore to reduce carbon emissions with the aid of a solar plant. The issue garnered Rs 721 Crore, which is just the beginning and thanks to Shri Shivrajji’s long-term thinking and dedication and Indore will continue to set a great example for India with new initiatives and will strive for prosperity”.

Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD and CEO, NSE said, “The launch of Green Bond issue by Indore municipal corporation is a great example of cooperative federalism & depth of local governance model in India.

Rapid growth of urbanization requires urban local bodies to keep up with the huge expansion and upgrades to the existing urban infrastructure. Municipal bonds provide an alternative means of financing to urban local bodies and reduce the dependency on central and state grants. Most of the urban infra bonds may be categorized as green bonds given that proceeds are predominantly targeted towards energy, transport, water management, sewage treatment, energy saving etc. Green Municipal bonds will also bring in new foreign investors who specialize in sustainable financing and invest in projects with environmental, social and governance considerations.

The public issue of Indore Municipal bonds got an overwhelming response with an overall subscription of 5.91 times the issue size. It reflects that there is good appetite among the investors for Green bonds. Municipal bonds provide an opportunity to participate in nation building in addition to earning returns. The public issue of green bonds by IMC would give impetus to development of green financing and contribute towards India’s vision for transition towards a clean and green energy future.

The global green bond market is witnessing an exponential growth and has crossed the milestone of 2 trillion USD in terms of cumulative green bond issuance. India has also witnessed green bond issuances of about 10.8 billion USD during 2019-2022 by the corporates, PSUs and financial institutions. The public issue of green bonds by IMC would give impetus to development of green financing and contribute towards India’s vision for transition towards a clean and green energy future.

A little birdie told us that the much awaited web series of Gaurang Doshi- 7th Sense, all rebooted, revamped, and reignited promising to give a larger-than-life cinematic experience is back with a bang! Popular director & producer Nikhil Sinha who has made TV shows like Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Siya Ke Ram and Prem Ya Paheli: Chandrakanta, has been roped in to direct the web series in Dubai. News is that Pre-production has begun, some of the renowned names from the film and OTT fraternity have been signed and three songs featuring international music sensations will be integrated in 7th Sense web series changing the face of OTT platforms. Recently released hit party number CASANOVA and yet to be released SONIYE have already been shot in Dubai.

The Afro-party-song titled ‘Casanova’ featuring YoYo Honey Singh, the "Gucci Gang" American rapper Lil Pump and Music Producer DJ Shadow Dubai is being incorporated in the web series as promo track. The second track is called Soniye featuring international sensation Jason Derulo, Harnoor and the Bollywood beauties Urvashi Rautela and Erica Fernandes. Under production is the third song with American Rapper Rick Ross which will also be part of 7th Sense.

In a recent conversation about revamping the project and his inspiration to do so, Gaurang Doshi, Bollywood Producer and Owner of Gaurang Doshi Productions, said, “All good things take time and remoulding simply makes it larger than ever. By the grace of God, the project is on track and I heartily appreciate the love and support of my cast and crew who stood strong all this while and believed in me and the project. I am deeply grateful to Mahesh Chaturvedi and Madhu Bhandari for being supportive and encouraging all throughout. When it comes to inspiration, my mom has been my biggest strength since the moment she brought me into this world. Every time I'm at a difficult phase in life, I simply close my eyes and think what she would suggest to me to do and just in the blink of the moment I know what's best. More”

Sharing further about working with Nikhil Sinha as a Director, Gaurang said, “I have always believed in taking a different approach when it comes to his projects. Since it's Nikhil's debut OTT, he will have fresh ideas and concepts for direction unlike the regular releases on the platforms. It will be a new and interesting journey with my director and the never seen before star cast. After having Nikhil on board, we have changed the entire concept and made it larger than life as I believe script is your power and it is essential to feel the importance of the concept to make it realistic. Nikhil is as much of a content obsessed person as I am, so it makes life easier discussing our extraordinary ideas and bringing it to life. After spending a massive amount on writing for this project finally I have someone with me who can match the thought process and that makes me happy, and I look forward to having everyone in Dubai for the shoot very soon”.

The web series will have total 8 Episodes of 45 minutes each and the screenplay has been written by Nikhil Sinha, Majid Ali and Gaurang Doshi.

Speaking about his collaboration with Gaurang Doshi and Directing 7th Sense, Nikhil Sinha said, “Gaurang’s extreme passion towards cinema and experimental attitude, really impressed me. When I heard the basic premise of 7th sense, it immediately clicked with me, and I could see the immense potential this idea has to offer. I hope we can create something spectacular out of it. We have already shot music videos which are international in flavour, studded with the world’s leading stars like Jason Derulo, Lil Pump, Rick Ross and are first of its kind east- west amalgamation, 7th sense also would be equally global in perspective with multinational approach in story, premise, cast and crew. 7th sense is going to take audiences into a new territory, and I hope it will set a new genre for Indian audiences”.

· Net profit rises 17-fold at Rs 31 crore for the quarter, from Rs 1.8 crore for Q3FY22

· Number of individual new business policies sold for the quarter were at 70,291, up 10%

· Gross premium up 12% at Rs 665 crore

· Individual new business for the quarter increased by 19%

Chennai, February 9, 2023: Shriram Life Insurance Company (SLIC) on Thursday announced that it earned a net profit of Rs 31 crore for the third quarter of FY23, on the back of a 10% increase in writing new policies.

During the quarter, SLIC’s gross premium rose 12% to Rs 665 crore, while the number of individual policies written increased by 10%. New business individual premium, a key barometer for performance, rose by 19% YoY, during the October-December 2022 period.

The company has received the approval for facial authentication for eKYC from UIDAI for new policies which will help onboard new customers with ease. Policyholders of Shriram Life can complete their KYC via OTP, facial recognition, biometric and iris identification. Shriram Life is currently the ninth-largest insurer in the country in terms of number of regular premium policies sold.

The results reflect the company’s clear strategy to expand deeper in the rural market, creating need-based customer solutions for the aam aadmi. Further, SLIC has a seamless claims management process with claims settlement as fast as within 12 hours even for customers in the remotest rural regions.

Casparus J H Kromhout, MD & CEO, Shriram Life Insurance said, “Shriram Life’s total new business for the 9 months has grown 21% vis-a-vis private industry growth at 18%. By leveraging technology, we aim to expand in rural markets seamlessly. Our growth is testimony to the fact that a lot of the people in this segment have understood the need for cover in the face of crisis or as a safe investment option.”

Mumbai/Indore February 10, 2023: Indore Municipal Corporation (“IMC” or “Corporation”), established in the year 1956 under the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 public issue of rated, listed, taxable, secured, redeemable, non-convertible green municipal bonds has been oversubscribed 5.42 times on the first day garnering Rs 661.52 crore.

The issue has a face value of Rs. 1,000 each. The base issue size is Rs. 122 crores with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 122 crores, aggregating up to Rs. 244 crores.

According to the base issue size, the Institution category was subscribed the most with 7.52 times, followed by 6.62 times in the corporate category, 4.16 times in the retail category, 3.39 times in the HNI category. The Issue opened on February 10, 2023 and closes Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

The issue saw a robust demand in the Institutional and Corporate category of investors with a total collection of Rs 229.35 Crore, and Rs 201.86 crore respectively, while Retail and HNI category garnered Rs 126.99 crore and Rs 103.31 crore respectively.

The Green Bonds have a tenor of 3 years (STRPP A), 5 years (STRPP B), 7 years (STRPP C) and 9 years (STRPP D). Effective yield (per annum) for NCD holders in Category I (QIB), Category II (Corporate), Category III (HNI) and Category IV (Retail Individual) for tenor 3 years, 5 years and 7 years is 8.41% and for STRPP D with 9 years tenor is 8.42%. Interest payments are through various modes, i.e., Direct Credit, NACH, RTGS, NEFT and Registered Post/Speed Post.
