Mumbai, December 31, 2024: Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited is one of the top five specialized engineering equipment manufacturers for the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors in India, in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024, it has fixed the price band of ₹133/- to ₹140/- per Equity Share of face value ₹10/- each for its maiden initial public offer.

 

The Initial Public Offering (“IPO” or “Offer”) of the Company will open on Monday, January 6, 2024, for subscription and close on Wednesday, January 8, 2024. Investors can bid for a minimum of 107 Equity Shares and in multiples of 107 Equity Shares thereafter.

 

The IPO is a mix of fresh issues of up to Rs 210 crore and an offer of sale of up to 1,42,89,367 equity shares by Promoter Selling and Promoter Group and Other Selling Shareholders.

 

The proceeds from its fresh issuance to the extent of Rs 10 crore will be utilized for funding of capital expenditure requirements of the Company towards the purchase of machinery and equipment; Rs 130 crore for repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company and investment in its wholly owned Material Subsidiary, S2 Engineering Industry Private Limited, for repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain Outstanding borrowings availed by S2 Engineering Industry Private Limited, from banks and financial institutions; Rs 30 crore for Investment in its wholly owned Material Subsidiary, S2 Engineering Industry Private Limited, for funding its capital expenditure requirements towards the purchase of machinery and equipment; Rs 20 crore for funding inorganic growth through strategic investments and/or acquisitions; and general corporate purposes.

 

Standard Glass Lining Technology’s capabilities include designing, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and commissioning solutions and establishing standard operating procedures for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers on a turnkey basis. Its portfolio comprises core equipment used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical and chemical products, which can be categorized into: Reaction Systems; Storage, Separation, and Drying Systems; and Plant, Engineering, and Services (including other ancillary parts). It is also one of India’s top three manufacturers of glass-lined, stainless steel, and nickel alloy-based specialized engineering equipment, in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024, according to an F&S Report. It is also one of the top three suppliers of polytetrafluoroethylene (“PTFE”) lined pipelines and fittings in India, in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024. It has been the fastest-growing company in the industry, and it has operated during the past three completed fiscals in terms of revenue.

 

The company possesses in-house capabilities to manufacture all the core specialized engineering equipment required in the active pharmaceutical ingredient (“API”) and fine chemical products manufacturing process. Over the last decade, it has supplied over 11,000 products. Its marquee customer base includes 30 out of approximately 80 pharmaceutical and chemical companies in the NSE 500 index as of June 30, 2024. It operates through its eight manufacturing facilities spread across a built-up/floor area of over 400,000 sq. ft., strategically located in Hyderabad, Telangana, the “Pharma Hub” of India, which accounted for 40.00% of the total Indian bulk drug production in Fiscal 2024.

 

IIFL Capital Services Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited are the book-running lead managers, and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar of the issue.

 

The Offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15% of the offer shall be available for allocation to non-institutional investors, and not less than 35% of the offer shall be available for allocation to retail individual bidders.

Delhi-based Refrigeration Sealing Solutions Company, Ajay Poly Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to raise funds through Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The IPO with a face value of Re 1 is a mix of fresh issue of shares of up to Rs. 238 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 93,00,000 equity shares each by Promoter and Investor Selling Shareholders. 

Offer of Sale consists of shareholders selling shares up to 37, 00,000 equity shares by Bina Jain, up to 28,00,000 equity shares by Rajeev Jain, and up to 28,00,000 equity shares by Nitin Jain.

The company, in consultation with the BRLMS, may consider a pre-IPO placement of specified securities aggregating up to Rs. 47.60 crores. If the pre-IPO placement is completed, the amount raised under the pre-IPO placement will be reduced from the fresh issue. 

The proceeds from the fresh issue to the extent of Rs. 119 crores for repayment or prepayment in full or part of all or certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company; Rs 64.97 crore for funding capital expenditure requirements towards the purchase of equipment, plant, and machinery at Noida Unit-IV, Noida Unit-V, Karegaon Unit, Shirwal Unit, Chennai Unit, and its registered office; and general corporate purposes.

The Offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the net offer is allocated to qualified institutional buyers, and not less than 15% and 35% of the net offer is assigned to non-institutional and retail individual investors respectively.

Ajay Poly Limited stands as one of India's foremost manufacturers of refrigeration sealing solutions, profile extrusion, and glass products for the appliance industry, holding significant market shares in Fiscal 2024, according to an F&S Report mentioned in the DRHP. The company commands 61% of the market in refrigeration sealing solutions (gaskets), 25.2% in rigid profile extrusion, and 45.96% in total profile extrusion. Additionally, it holds 31.3% and 15.4% market shares in household refrigeration glass shelves and overall toughened glass products for the appliance industry, respectively.

In the past three fiscal years, revenue from operations has grown at a CAGR of 60.38% from ₹141.67 crore in Fiscal 2022 to ₹364.41 crore in Fiscal 2024. Profit after tax grew at a CAGR of 157.08% from ₹3.39 crore in Fiscal 2022 to ₹22.41 crore in Fiscal 2024.

For the three months ended June 30, 2024, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 130.13 crore, and profit after tax stood at Rs. 12.29 crore.   

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited are the sole book-running lead managers and KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the issue. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

'मराठी साहित्य व कला सेवा' आणि 'शोध आनंदाचा फाऊंडेशन' यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आयोजित १०व्या कविसंमेलनाच्या निमित्ताने त्या बोलत होत्या. सारस्वतांनी तयार केलेल्या उत्तम रचनांचा आस्वाद घेत, एकमेकांना दाद देत तर वेळप्रसंगी हास्याचे फवारे उडवत मुंबई, नवी मुंबई, ठाणे आणि पालघर येथून आलेल्या निवडक निमंत्रित सारस्वतांनी दादर येथील राजा शिवाजी विद्या संकुलात दिवाळी निमित्त उत्तमोत्तम रचनांचा नजराना सादर केला.

कविसंमेलनाच्या पहिल्या सत्रामध्ये नंदा कोकाटे, रविंद्र शंकर पाटील, जयश्री हेमचंद्र चुरी, वैभवी विनीत गावडे, कल्पना दिलीप मापूसकर, संजीव उंडाळकर, अनील खेडेकर, सानिका ज्योतीकुमार कुपटे, गौरी यशवंत पंडित, संतोष धर्मराज मोहिते, राजेश साबळे ओतूरकर, बालकवी वेदान्त यशवंत पंडित, ॲड. सुजाता त्रिंबककर टिपणीस, प्रफुल अनंत साने, आश्विनी सोपान म्हात्रे, शितलादेवी सुनिल कुळकर्णी, विक्रांत मारूती लाळे आणि डॉ. प्रविण विठ्ठल शिर्के यांनी आपल्या सुंदर रचना सादर केल्या आणि उपस्थितांनी त्यांना टाळ्यांच्या गजरात दादही दिली. पहिल्या सत्राची शेवटची रचना कविसंमेलनाध्यक्ष डॉ. मानसी पाटील यांनी सादर करताच टाळ्यांचा कडकडाट झाला.

मध्यंतरामध्ये सानिका कुपटे यांनी आणलेल्या अल्पोपहारासोबत संमेलनाध्यक्ष डॉ. मानसी पाटील यांनी आणलेल्या बर्फीचा आस्वाद सर्वांनी घेतला. दुसर्‍या सत्रात सर्व कवींनी त्यांच्या स्वरचित विषय विरहित रचना सुंदररीत्या सादर केल्या.

संमेलनाध्यक्ष डॉ. मानसी पाटील यांनी सादर केलेल्या गजलेला सर्वांनी मनमुराद दाद दिली. मनोगत व्यक्त करताना अध्यक्षांनी उपरोक्त विचार मांडले. नेहमीप्रमाणेच आजचा कार्यक्रम देखील दर्जेदार झाला. सर्वांच्या कविता नावीन्यपूर्ण व आशयायुक्त अशा होत्या. त्यामुळे दोन्ही ही सत्रे अगदी श्रवणीय आणि सुखदायक ठरली. नियोजन, आयोजन सर्व अगदी छान होते. आपण करत असलेली साहित्य सेवा अशीच अखंडित चालू राहो व मराठी भाषेची साहित्य संपदा वाढत राहू दे अशा शुभेच्छाही त्यांनी आयोजकांना दिल्या. 

कवितांचा आस्वाद घेण्यासाठी आलेल्या कवयित्री गीताश्री नाईक यांना मनोगतासोबतच कविता सादर करण्याची संधीदेखील देण्यात आली. आस्वादक ममता चंद्रकांत तांबिरे, आर्या कुपटे आणि सुनिल भिकाजी मानकर ह्यांनी कार्यक्रमा विषयी आपल्या भावना मोकळ्या केल्या. कवितांचा आस्वाद घेण्यासाठी सुनिल कुळकर्णी, डॉ. रुपाली प्रविण शिर्के, उमाली प्रविण शिर्के, कार्तिकेय प्रविण शिर्के

आवर्जून उपस्थित होते. सर्वांनी कार्यक्रमासाठी मनःपूर्वक शुभेच्छा दिल्या. तर संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाचं ध्वनीचित्रमुद्रण आणि छायांकन रविंद्र पाटील आणि विक्रांत लाळे यांनी केले.

कार्यक्रमाची सांगता करताना "शोध आनंदाचा फाऊंडेशन" चे अध्यक्ष नितीन सुखदरे यांनी सर्वांचे आभार मानले. 'मराठी साहित्य व कला सेवा' आणि 'शोध आनंदाचा फाऊंडेशन' यांच्या वतीने सर्व सारस्वतांना सहभाग सन्मानपत्र देऊन गौरविण्यात आले. 

११वे मासिक कविसंमेलन शनिवार १९ जानेवारी २०२५ (अंदाजित) होणार असून त्याच्या अध्यक्षपदी युवा कवी विक्रांत मारुती लाळे असणार आहेत. कविसंमेलनाचे समयोचित सूत्रसंचालन गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर यांनी केले.

The IPO is a mix of fresh issue of up to Rs 4000 million and an offer of sale of up to Rs 1500 million.

The proceeds from its fresh issuance will be utilized to the extent of Rs 1600 million for repayment or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain of its outstanding borrowings availed by the Company; Rs 1400 million for investment in its subsidiary viz. Sanathan Polycot Private Limited, for repayment and/ or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by its subsidiary viz. Sanathan Polycot Private Limited; and general corporate purpose.

Sanathan Textiles is one of the few companies (amongst our peer group) in India with presence across the polyester, cotton, and technical textile (which find application in multiple end-use segments including automotive, healthcare, construction, sports and outdoor, and protective clothing) sectors and based on our operating income, we had a market share of 1.7% in the overall Indian textile yarn industry as of Fiscal 2024. (Source: CRISIL Report). Currently, all the three yarn verticals are housed under a single corporate entity. This has facilitated our diversification into new segments which in turn has helped us in serving a large number of customers across various sectors. As on September 30, 2024, we have more than 3,200 active varieties of yarn products (i.e. yarn products manufactured by us during the period April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024) and more than 45,000 stock keeping units (SKUs), and capability to manufacture a diversified product portfolio of more than 14,000 varieties of yarn products and more than 190,000 SKUs that are used in various forms and for varied end uses.

The company also has a strong focus on value-added products, including dope-dyed, superfine/micro, functional, industrial, technical yarns, cationic dyeable, and specialty yarns. These products are created through extensive in-house research and are customized to meet specific customer requirements, offering unique characteristics that differentiate them from standard products. Sanathan Textiles' manufacturing facility in Silvassa has seen significant expansion, and as of June 30, 2024, it boasts a total installed capacity of 223,750 MTPA across the three yarn verticals.

The Offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15% of the offer shall be available for allocation to non-institutional investors, and not less than 35% of the offer shall be available for allocation to retail individual investors.

मुंबई (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : राष्ट्रीय मिल मजदूर संघाच्या वतीने संघटनेचे आद्य संस्थापक कामगार महर्षी गं. द. आंबेकर यांच्या ६० व्या पुण्यस्मृती प्रित्यर्थ संघटनेचे अध्यक्ष आमदार सचिनभाऊ अहिर, सरचिटणीस गोविंदराव मोहिते यांच्या पुढाकाराने ना. म. जोशी मार्ग, श्रमिक जिमखाना येथे रविवारी पूर्ण दिवस खेळविण्यात आलेल्या स्पर्धेत, कावेरी‌ नगर वि. सोलापूर जि. युथ फाऊंडेशन मनोराजुरी संघ २१ × १० अशी एकतर्फी लढत‌ होऊन, सोलापूर जि. युथ फेडरेशन संघ अजिंक्य ठरला.

मुंबई (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : ६३ व्या महाराष्ट्र राज्य हौशी मराठी नाट्य स्पर्धेमध्ये मुंबई-१ केंद्रातून पोलीस पत्नी एकता मंच, मुंबई या संस्थेच्या "पाकीट" या नाटकाला प्रथम पारितोषिक तसेच धाकूशेठ पाडा सेवा मंडळ, मुंबई या संस्थेच्या "लिअर ने जगावं कि मरावं ?" या नाटकास द्वितीय पारितोषिक जाहीर झाल्याची घोषणा सांस्कृतिक कार्य संचालक बिभीषण चवरे यांनी ९ डिसेंबर रोजी एका प्रसिध्दीपत्रकाद्वारे केली आहे. या दोन्ही नाटकांची अंतिम फेरीसाठीही निवड करण्यात आली आहे.

सांस्कृतिक कार्य विभागाचे अपर मुख्य सचिव विकास खारगे यांनी पारितोषिक प्राप्त संघांचे तसेच इतर पारितोषिक प्राप्त कलाकारांचे अभिनंदन केले असून भविष्यातही या संघांनी व कलाकारांनी सर्वोत्तम कामगिरी करावी, अशी अपेक्षा व्यक्त केलेली आहे.

मुंबई (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : शाहीर मधुकर नेराळे कायम कलावंतांच्या भल्यासाठी झगडत राहिले‌, त्यांच्या जाण्याने खर्‍या अर्थाने लोककला पोरकी झाली, अशा शब्दात  नाटककार, पत्रकार ज्ञानेश महाराव यांनी श्रद्धांजली वाहिली तर नेराळे यांच्या निधनाने लोककलेचा आधारवड हरपला, अशा भावना मुंबई विद्यापीठाच्या लोककलेचे अभ्यासक डॉ. प्रकाश खांडगे यांनी व्यक्त केल्या.

   

महाराष्ट्रातील तमाशा लोककलेचे प्रेरणास्थान आणि कलावंताचे आधारवड शाहीर मधुकर नेराळे‌ यांचे गेल्याच आठवड्यात ह्रदय विकारामुळे लालबाग चिवडा गल्लीतील न्यू हनुमान थिएटरच्या कार्यालयात वयाच्या ८१ व्या वर्षी आकस्मिक निधन झाले. तमाशा लोककलेचे तपस्वी ठरलेल्या मधुकर नेराळे यांच्या निधनाने कला विश्वात दुःखाचे वातावरण आहे. लालबाग येथील लोककलावंतांचे आधारवड ठरलेले‌ न्यू हनुमान‌ थिएटर एकाएकी पोरके झाले. त्याच ठिकाणी बुधवारी अखिल भारतीय मराठी शाहीर परिषद, शाहिरी लोक कला मंच, ऑर्केस्ट्रा असोसिएशन, तिळवण तेली समाज आणि सर्वश्री नेराळे कुटुंबियांच्या वतीने शोकसभा पार पडली.     

    

शाहीर मधुकर नेराळे‌ कधी कलावंतात कला रुजविण्यात दंग झाले, तर कधी नवी‌ संघटना उभी करण्यात मग्न राहिले, तर कधी निराश्रित कलावंताला सरकारी अनुदान मिळवून देण्यात व्यस्त राहिले‌‌. महाराष्ट्राच्या मातीची ओळख असलेल्या तमाशा लोककलेला तर मरणासन्न अवस्था निर्माण झालेली. तिला राज्याच्या कानाकोपर्‍यात दौरे काढून मधुकर नेराळे‌ यांनी ऊर्जितावस्था निर्माण करून दिली. लालबाग येथील हनुमान थिएटर‌ तर अनेक निराश्रीत कलावंताना आश्रयस्थान राहिले आहे, या सर्व आठवणींना कालच्या श्रद्धांजलीच्या सभेत अनेक मान्यवर नेत्यांनी आपल्या भाषणाद्वारे उजाळा दिला. सभेत राष्ट्रीय मिल मजदूर संघाचे सरचिटणीस गोविंदराव मोहिते, खजिनदार निवृत्ती देसाई, शिवसेना ठाकरे गटाचे विभागीय नगरसेवक अनिल कोकीळ, शिवाजी मंदीरचे संचालक रामिम संघाचे उपाध्यक्ष बजरंग चव्हाण, पत्रकार, मुंबई मराठी पत्रकार संघाचे माजी अध्यक्ष नरेंद्र वाबळे, शाहीर कुमार वैराळकर, शाहीर देवानंद माळी, नृत्य दिग्दर्शक सदानंद राणे, तमाशा कलावंत रेश्मा परितेक, राजश्री नगरकर आदी कला, राजकीय, सामाजिक क्षेत्रातील मान्यवरांनी उपस्थित राहून श्रद्धांजली वाहिली. संघराज रुपवते, शाहिरी लोक कला मंचचे अध्यक्ष शांताराम चव्हाण आणि मंचचे समन्वयक लेखक काशिनाथ माटल, लालबागचा राजा गणेशोत्सव मंडळाचे पदाधिकारी, पत्रकार राजेंद्र सकसकर, दिलिप खोंड आदींनी उपस्थित राहून मधूकर नेराळे यांच्या विषयी आपल्या भावना व्यक्त केल्या. शाहीरी लोककला मंचचे सरचिटणीस आणि प्रसिद्ध शाहीर मधु खामकर यांनी आयोजनात भाग घेऊन सभेचे सूत्रसंचालन केले. सर्वश्री मुन्ना, राजेश राजेंद्र मधूकर नेराळे यांचा श्रद्धांजली सभेत विशेष सहभाग राहिला.

५० तास अखंड वाचन यज्ञात झाला, आगरी बोली कवितांचा जागर

ठाणे  (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : आगरी बोलीतील कवितांची गोडी कल्याणकरांना अनुभवता आली. निमित्त होते अक्षरमंच सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक प्रतिष्ठान आयोजित सलग पन्नास तासांचा अखंड वाचन यज्ञ हा कार्यक्रम. यावेळी आगरी कवींनी विविध आशयाच्या कविता सादर करून उपस्थितांची मने जिंकली. 

         

आगरी कवितांचा हा कार्यक्रम तीन सत्रात घेण्यात आला. यात कविता, चारोळ्या, पारंपारिक गीते, लग्न गीते, धवला असे आगरी साहित्यातले विविध प्रकार हाताळण्यात आले. या कवी संमेलनात कवितांना पार्श्वसंगीत देण्याचा यशस्वी प्रयोग करण्यात आला. यासाठी संगीत संयोजक 'आपला बंड्या' यांचे मोलाचे सहकार्य लाभले. सदर कार्यक्रमासाठी प्रमुख पाहुणे आणि अध्यक्ष म्हणून प्रसिद्ध साहित्यिक प्रा. एल. बी. पाटील, प्रसिद्ध साहित्यिक अनंत शिसवे, प्रसिद्ध साहित्यिक कैलास पिंगळे या मान्यवरांची उपस्थिती लाभली. या संपूर्ण पन्नास तासांच्या सत्रात कविता वाचन, कथाकथन, अभिवाचन असे सत्र सुरु होते.

        

ह्या संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाचे नेटके आयोजन अक्षर साहित्य मंचचे अध्यक्ष योगेश जोशी, उपक्रम समन्वयक हेमंत नेहते, उपक्रम प्रमुख सुश्रुत वैद्य यांनी केले होते. तसेच आगरी बोली कट्टा या कवी संमेलनाचे खुमासदार निवेदन प्रसिद्ध कवी रामनाथ म्हात्रे तसेच श्याम माळी यांनी केले. आगरी बोली कट्टाच्या समन्वयकाची जबाबदारी प्रसिद्ध कवी संदेश भोईर यांनी उत्कृष्ट नियोजन करून यशस्वीरित्या पार पाडली. 

दरम्यान यावेळी प्रसिद्ध आगरी कवी जयंत पाटील यांच्या दुसऱ्या 'चिंकोरा' या काव्यसंग्रहाचे प्रकाशन मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. सदर कार्यक्रमात अनुक्रमे प्रसिध्द गायिका संगीता पाटील, दया नाईक, प.सा.म्हात्रे, स्नेहाराणी गायकवाड, डॉ. शोभा पाटील, अश्विनी म्हात्रे ,अभिनेत्री प्रज्ञा म्हात्रे, सुनील पाटील सर, अरुण पाटील, निलेश घोडे, हरिश्चंद्र दळवी, विनोद कोळी, रवींद्र भांडे,  नीतुराज पाटील, सुनील पाटील (सच्चा माणूस), संतोष जाधव, माधव गुरव, शीतल कटारे, जयराम कराळे, जयंत पाटील, गिरीश म्हात्रे, नवनाथ ठाकूर, जय म्हात्रे, अनंत भोईर यांनी सक्रिय सहभाग नोंदवला. तनू स्टुडिओचे मालक जोगेंद्र जाधव यांचे विशेष सहकार्य लाभले.

झी स्टुडिओज आणि कोकोनट फिल्म्स निर्मित ‘जिजाई’ हा बहुप्रतीक्षित चित्रपट लवकरच प्रेक्षकांसमोर येणार आहे. नुकत्याच संपन्न झालेल्या चित्रपटाच्या मुहूर्त सोहळ्याने ‘जिजाई’बद्दल प्रेक्षकांमध्ये उत्सुकता निर्माण केली आहे. नुकताच जिजाई चित्रपटाच्या मुहूर्त सोहळ्याचा फोटो सोशल मीडियावर पोस्ट करण्यात आला असून नवोदित दिग्दर्शक तृशांत इंगळे दिग्दर्शित या चित्रपटात ‘सैराट फेम’ रिंकू राजगुरू प्रमुख भूमिकेत दिसणार आहे. तर अपूर्वा शाळीग्राम या चित्रपटाच्या डीओपी आहेत. कपाळी चंद्रकोर लावलेली रिंकू या चित्रपटात एका वेगळ्याच अंदाजात दिसणार आहे.
