Mumbai, 8^th February 2023:Federal Bank was awarded the Certificate of Achievement by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a World Bank Groupin recognition of Climate Financing Leadership in the South Asia Region (CSA) during FY 22 for having disbursed 332.9 million USD, making it the largest amount of climate loans disbursed. The award was handed over by Joon Y Park, Regional Portfolio Manager FIG, South Asia at IFC to Ashutosh Khajuria, Executive Director, Federal Bank.

This recognition highlights the Bank’s commitment to promoting sustainable development and mitigating the impacts of climate change through innovative and impactful financing solutions.

On receiving the prestigious award, Ashutosh Khajuria, Executive Director, Federal Bank said – “We believe that climate financing is a critical tool in the fight against global warming, and we will continue to lead the way in this important field. This award inspires us to redouble our efforts and pursue new, even more, impactful initiatives that make a difference in the world.”

Mumbai, 8^th February 2023: The New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIA) has been certified ISO 27001:2013 compliant on Information Security.It is among the very few General Insurance Companies in India being awarded with such a certificate.

Information security breaches can be extremely detrimental to businesses both in terms of financial loss and reputational damage. Implementing a robust security system can help minimise the risk of security breaches, making the company more reliable and reputable in the eyes of customers, suppliers and business partners.

The ISO certification, completed via a third-party audit, helps establish an organisation’s reputation as a trusted and secure business. It validates the applicant’s commitment towards following international best practices and certifies it as a world-class entity.

Accordingly, after internal and external audits assessing the organisation’s current IT security levels and threat perceptions, NIA has been considered fit to receive an ISO 27001:2013 certificate. The ISO 27001:2013 is an internationally used information security standard that covers business operations, especially those with potential information security risks. The standard covers all the procedures from establishing a security framework to maintaining it and improving company security systems. Accordingly, NIA has enhanced and secured its processes to mitigate security threats.

Mumbai/Indore February 06, 2023: Indore Municipal Corporation (“IMC” or “Corporation”), established in the year 1956 under the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 has filed offer document for public issue of rated, listed, taxable, secured, redeemable, non-convertible green municipal bonds of the face value of Rs. 1000 each (comprising of 4 (four) separately, transferable and redeemable principal parts (“STRPP”) namely 1 STRPP A of face value of ₹250/-, 1 STRPP B of face value of ₹250/-, 1 STRPP C of face value of ₹250 and 1 STRPP D of face value of ₹250/-). The Issue opens on February 10, 2023 and closes on February 14, 2023.

The Green Bonds Issue offers coupon rate of 8.25% p.a. payable half yearly and effective yield of 8.42% per annum. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) (the “Stock Exchange”) with NSE as the Designated Stock Exchange for the Issue. The Green Bonds have been assigned a rating of ‘CARE AA: Stable’ by CARE Ratings Limited and ‘IND AA+/Stable’ by India Ratings & Research Private Limited.

The Green Bonds have a tenor of 3 years (STRPP A), 5 years (STRPP B), 7 years (STRPP C) and 9 years (STRPP D). Effective yield (per annum) for NCD holders in Category I (QIB), Category II (Corporate), Category III (HNI) and Category IV (Retail Individual) for tenor 3 years, 5 years and 7 years is 8.41% and for STRPP D with 9 years tenor is 8.42%. Interest payments is through various modes, i.e., Direct Credit, NACH, RTGS, NEFT and Registered Post/Speed Post.

The Net Proceeds from the Issue are proposed to be utilized towards installation of 60 MW Ground Mounted Captive Solar PV Power Plant at village Samraj & Ashukhedi, District Khargone in Madhya Pradesh (“Project”).

१३ जानेवारीला प्रदर्शित झालेल्या परेश मोकाशी दिग्दर्शित 'वाळवी' या चित्रपटाचा बॉक्स ऑफिसवर तिसरा यशस्वी आठवडा असून प्रेक्षकांचा या चित्रपटाला तुफान प्रतिसाद मिळत आहे. The place where Maa Saraswati was seated was decorated with fresh flowers and rangoli and the design of a fish is considered auspicious. This celebration is not all about worshiping the goddess of knowledge but it also signifies the arrival of spring season. The evening had performances from renowned singers who added to the merriment of the celebration.

Under initiative taken by our Honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modiji of Svasth Bharat Abhiyan, Fit India Mission & Khelo India, Nitrro Fitness organised a Freedom Run for all their members and non members

Event saw the presence of eminent sports personalities .

26th Jan, 2023 in Mumbai- Hundreds of Mumbaikars ran at the Nitrro Fitness Freedom Run to celebrate Republic Day & free themselves from laziness, stress & obesity. 

The main purpose of the event was to encourage physical fitness & help citizens get rid of diseases & day to day stress. Nitrro Fitness urged people to spend at least 30-60 mins daily for physical activities & celebrate a healthy lifestyle & remain fit. They also urged the government to increase the number of tracks, parks & platforms for citizens to walk & run & make fitness an integral part of their lifestyle.

Samantha Prabhu & Dev Mohan are gearing up for the release of their film Shaakuntalam. Ahead of its release, Tips Music with Gunaa Teamworks released the second track titled 'Rushimooniyon Ka' from the epic mythological film in 5 languages - Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.

'Rushimooniyon Ka' is a gentle-paced love ballad that depicts the initial meeting, the growing warmth, and the love that blossoms between two people. Mani Sharma's composition is a sophisticated melody that flows like a river in the forest - soft in the middle, fast in the corners and serene all the time. Naresh Iyer and Chinmayi's voice adds a soothing texture to the music while bringing in the verve required. The lyrics by Prashant Ingole perfectly describe the building of a beautiful romantic relationship

Talking about the song Samantha Prabhu said “It is such a beautiful song depicting the emotions of two lovers. The song encompasses their feelings for each other and their expression of love for each other, in the heart of the forest. Mani Sharma sir's composition is so enchanting, that it makes you want to hear it on repeat. Chinmayi & Naresh Iyer have done a phenomenal job with their vocals."

Based on Kalidasa's internationally acclaimed Sanskrit play Abhigyana Shakuntalam, the film features Samantha as the titular character and actor Dev Mohan as King Dushyanta. The film is scheduled to release on February 17, 2023, and is produced under the banners of Dil Raju Presents, Sri Venkateswara Creations, and Gunaa Teamworks. Directed by Gunasekhar & produced by Neelima Guna, the film also stars Allu Arha, Sachin Khedekar, Kabir Bedi, Dr M Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Madhubala, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, and Jisshu Sengupta

पुनित बालन स्टुडिओज् निर्मित ‘जग्गू आणि जुलिएट’ या चित्रपटाची चर्चा त्याचं मोशन पोस्टर रिलीज झाल्यापासूनच झाली होती. त्यानंतर आलेल्या टीझरने प्रेक्षकांच्या उत्सुकतेत आणखी भर टाकली आणि आता नुकताच या चित्रपटाचा ट्रेलरही रिलीज झाला आहे. अमेय वाघ-वैदेही परशुरामीसह दिग्गज कलाकार मंडळी असलेल्या ‘जग्गू आणि जुलिएट’ चा हा नवाकोरा कलरफुल ट्रेलर बघून चित्रपटप्रेमी रसिकांच्या डोळ्याचं पारणं फेडणारी ही कलाकृती असेल अशी खात्री आहे. 

टीझरवरून आपल्याला कळलंच होतं की, अमेय हा कोळीवाड्यातल्या जगदीश उर्फ जग्गूच्या भूमिकेत आहे, तर वैदेही ही अमेरिकेतल्या चितळ्यांच्या जुलिएटच्या भन्नाट भूमिकेत आहे. या दोघांची लव्हस्टोरी हटके पद्धतीने या चित्रपटात सांगण्यात आली आहे. समाजातल्या दोन वेगवेगळ्या घटकांतून आलेल्या या जग्गू आणि जुलिएटची प्रेमकथा कशी असेल, त्यांच्या या प्रेमकथेत इतर पात्रांचा काय ‘रोल’ असेल आणि ही लव्हस्टोरी शेवटी कुठे येऊन पोहोचेल हे जाणून घेण्यासाठी १० फेब्रुवारीला थेट चित्रपटगृहात जाऊन ‘जग्गू आणि जुलिएट’ चा आस्वाद घ्यावा लागेल.

चित्रपटाच्या ट्रेलरवरून याचा अजून एक ‘प्लस पॉईंट’ असा दिसून येतोय की, या चित्रपटात रसिकांना नयनरम्य देवभूमी उत्तराखंडची सफर घडणार आहे. एखाद्या ट्रॅव्हल सिनेमाचा अनुभव देणारा हा चित्रपट नक्कीच लक्षवेधी ठरेल. गंगा नदीचं मनोहारी दृश्य आणि तिचा खळाळता प्रवाह यामुळे चित्रपटाला वेगळी उंची प्राप्त झाली आहे. महेश लिमये यांच्या नजरेतून दिसलेली दृश्य, त्यांचे दिग्दर्शन आणि अजय-अतुल यांची म्युझिकल ट्रिट असं सगळं जमून आलेला हा चित्रपट आपल्याला अपेक्षा नक्कीच पूर्ण करेल.

अमेय-वैदेही या हटके जोडीसोबतच हृषिकेश जोशी, उपेंद्र लिमये, प्रविण तरडे, मनोज जोशी, समीर धर्माधिकारी, समीर चौघुले, अविनाश नारकर, सुनिल अभ्यंकर, सविता मालपेकर, रेणूका दफ्तरदार, अभिज्ञा भावे, अंगद म्हसकर, जयवंत वाडकर, केयुरी शाह अशा जबरदस्त कलाकारांची फौज चित्रपटात दिसत आहे, त्यामुळे मल्टिस्टारर चित्रपटाचा आनंद प्रेक्षकांना पुन्हा एकदा मिळणार आहे. या चित्रपटाचा ट्रेलर लॉन्च नुकताच पार पडला.

या सोहळ्यात अभिनेता अमेय वाघ आणि वैदेही परशुरामीने धडाक्यात एन्ट्री घेतली. अमेय वाघने खास 'जग्गू' शैलीत  सगळ्यांशी वार्तालाप करून हशा पिकवला.
