मुंबई (गुरुदत्त वाकदेकर) : आयपीएल २०२४ च्या एलिमिनेटरमध्ये, राजस्थान रॉयल्सने रॉयल चॅलेंजर्स बेंगळुरूचा चार गडी राखून पराभव केला आणि स्पर्धेतून बाहेर काढले.  अशाप्रकारे बेंगळुरूचा सलग सहा सामने जिंकण्याचा प्रवासही संपला.  नाणेफेक गमावल्यानंतर प्रथम फलंदाजी करताना बंगळुरूने २० षटकांत ८ गडी गमावून १७२ धावा केल्या.  प्रत्युत्तरात राजस्थानने १९ षटकांत सहा गडी गमावून लक्ष्य गाठले. अशा प्रकारे राजस्थानचा संघ क्वालिफायर-२ मध्ये पोहोचला. आता २४ मे रोजी दुसऱ्या बाद फेरीत त्यांचा सामना सनरायझर्स हैदराबादशी होणार आहे. हा सामना जिंकणारा संघ २६ मे रोजी कोलकाता नाईट रायडर्सशी अंतिम फेरीमध्ये खेळेल. या सामन्यापूर्वी बेंगळुरूने सलग सहा सामने जिंकून प्लेऑफमध्ये प्रवेश केला होता. आता सलग १७ व्या हंगामात बेंगळुरू संघाला विजेतेपद मिळवता आले नाही. या सामन्यात ग्लेन मॅक्सवेल आपले खातेही उघडू शकला नाही. त्याचवेळी चेन्नई सुपर किंग्जविरुद्ध विजयाचे नेतृत्व करणाऱ्या यश दयालने तीन षटकांत ३७ धावा दिल्या आणि त्याला एकही विकेट मिळाली नाही.

बेंगळुरूच्या खेळाडूंनी दिनेश कार्तिकला ज्या प्रकारे मिठी मारली, त्यावरून असे मानले जात आहे की कार्तिकचाही हा आयपीएलमधील शेवटचा सामना होता. कार्तिकने यापूर्वी सीएसकेला पराभूत केल्यानंतर सांगितले होते की, सीएसकेविरुद्धचा सामना त्याच्या आयपीएल कारकिर्दीतील शेवटचा असेल असे त्याला वाटत होते.  अशा स्थितीत कार्तिकची कारकीर्द संपल्याचे मानले जात आहे.

तत्पूर्वी, रविचंद्रन अश्विन, आवेश खान आणि ट्रेंट बोल्ट यांच्या शानदार गोलंदाजीसमोर रॉयल चॅलेंजर्स बंगळुरू संघाला राजस्थान रॉयल्सविरुद्धच्या एलिमिनेटरमध्ये अपेक्षेइतकी मोठी धावसंख्या उभारता आली नाही. राजस्थानच्या गोलंदाजांनी आरसीबीला आठ विकेट्सवर एकूण १७२ धावांवर रोखले. आवेश खानने ४४ धावांत ३ बळी घेतले, तर अश्विनने १९ धावांत २ आणि बोल्टने १६ धावांत एक बळी घेतला. स्वकेंद्रित विराट कोहलीने २४ चेंडूत ३३ तर रजत पाटीदारने २२ चेंडूत ३४ धावा केल्या. महिपाल लोमरोरने अखेर १७ चेंडूत ३२ धावा करत आरसीबीला सन्मानजनक धावसंख्येपर्यंत नेले.

नाणेफेक जिंकल्यानंतर पॅट कमिन्सने क्वालिफायर-१ मध्ये कोलकाताविरुद्ध जी चूक केली तीच चूक सॅमसनने केली नाही. संजूने आरसीबीला फलंदाजीसाठी आमंत्रित केले. दुसऱ्याच षटकात विराट कोहलीने संदीपवर चौकार मारून चौकाराची सुरुवात केली. डू प्लेसिसनेही याच षटकात डावातील पहिला षटकार मारला. मात्र, दोघांनीही बोल्टला सावधपणे खेळवले. त्याने दोन षटकात केवळ ५ धावा दिल्या. विराटने अावेशच्या पहिल्याच चेंडूला हुक करून पहिला षटकार ठोकला. या षटकात डुप्लेसिसने दोन चौकार मारून एकूण १७ धावा केल्या. बोल्टला आक्रमणात ठेवण्याचा संजूचा निर्णय बरोबर ठरला. डुप्लेसिसने मारलेला पुल मिडविकेटवर पॉवेलने सुंदर झेलमध्ये परिवर्तीत केला. डुप्लेसिसने १४ चेंडूत २ चौकार आणि १ षटकाराच्या मदतीने १७ धावा केल्या. दोघांनी २८ चेंडूत ३७ धावा जोडल्या. बोल्टने पहिल्या तीन षटकात केवळ ६ धावा देऊन एक विकेट घेतली.

आरसीबीसाठी चांगली गोष्ट म्हणजे विराट कोहली पॉवरप्लेमध्ये बाद झाला नाही. विराटने सहाव्या षटकात संदीपवर दोन चौकार मारून आरसीबीला ५० धावांवर नेले. चौकारांसह विराटने आयपीएलमधील ८००० धावाही पूर्ण केल्या. आरसीबीने पॉवरप्लेमध्ये एका विकेटसाठी ५० धावा केल्या होत्या, ज्यामध्ये विराटने १९ चेंडूत ३० धावा केल्या होत्या. या सामन्याला विराट विरुद्ध चहल म्हटले जात होते. मोक्याव्या क्षणी संजूने चहलला आक्रमणात आणले आणि त्याने विराटला  मिडविकेट सीमारेषेवर त्याचा झेल देण्यास भाग पाडले. विराटने २४ चेंडूत तीन चौकार आणि एक षटकार ठोकला. आणि पुन्हा एकदा स्वतःसाठी खेळत असल्याची मोहोर उठवली. राष्ट्रीय संघ असो वा एखाद्या क्लबचा संघ तो केवळ वैयक्तिक विक्रम करण्यासाठी खेळत असतो. त्याच्यासाठी देश किवा कोणताही संघ कधीच महत्वाचा नसतो, हे पुन्हा एकदा अधोरेखित झाले.

अश्विन आणि चहलने पॉवरप्लेनंतर पुढील तीन षटकांत धावांचा वेग रोखला. या काळात केवळ १३ धावा झाल्या आणि विराट तंबूत परतला. दहाव्या षटकात कॅमेरून ग्रीनने चहलला एक षटकार आणि एक चौकार मारून आक्रमण परतवून लावले. यादरम्यान अश्विनच्या चेंडूवर जुरेलने पाटीदारचा सोपा झेल सोडला. पाटीदार ६ धावांवर खेळत होता आणि आरसीबीची धावसंख्या ७८ धावांवर होती. १३व्या षटकात अश्विनने सलग दोन चेंडूंवर कॅमेरून ग्रीन (२१) आणि मॅक्सवेल (०) यांच्या रूपाने आरसीबीला दुहेरी झटका दिला. मॅक्सवेल आयपीएलमध्ये १८व्यांदा शून्यावर बाद झाला. पाटीदारलाही मोठी खेळी करता आली नाही. आवेशने त्याला ३४ धावांवर बाद केले. आवेशने कार्तिकला (११) बाद करत लोमररसोबतची ३२ धावांची भागीदारी संपवली. यानंतर आवेशच्या गोलंदाजीवर ३२ चेंडूत १७ धावा करून लोमररही बाद झाला.

१७३ धावांच्या लक्ष्याचा पाठलाग करण्यासाठी उतरलेल्या राजस्थानच्या संघाची सुरुवात चांगली झाली. यशस्वी जैस्वाल आणि टॉम कोहलर कॅडमोर यांनी ४६ धावांची सलामी दिली. लोकी फर्ग्युसनने कॅडमोरला त्रिफळाचीत केले.  त्याला २० धावा करता आल्या. यानंतर यशस्वीने कर्णधार संजू सॅमसनसोबत दुसऱ्या विकेटसाठी ३५ धावांची भागीदारी केली. यशस्वी अर्धशतकापूर्वी कॅमेरून ग्रीनचा बळी ठरला. त्याला ३० चेंडूंत ८ चौकारांच्या मदतीने ४५ धावा करता आल्या.

सामन्याने पुन्हा एकदा वळण घेतल्यासारखे वाटत होते, पण रोव्हमन पॉवेलने आठ चेंडूंत दोन चौकार आणि एका षटकाराच्या मदतीने १६ धावांची नाबाद खेळी केली आणि राजस्थानला विजयापर्यंत नेले. पॉवेलने १९व्या षटकाच्या शेवटच्या चेंडूवर षटकार मारून सामना जिंकला. बेंगळुरूकडून सिराजने दोन गडी बाद केले. तर फर्ग्युसन, कर्ण शर्मा आणि ग्रीन यांना प्रत्येकी एक विकेट मिळाली. रविचंद्रन अश्विनला सामनावीर पुरस्काराने गौरविण्यात आले.

या विजयासह राजस्थानचा कर्णधार संजू सॅमसनने एका खास विक्रमाची बरोबरी केली आहे. आयपीएलमध्ये सर्वाधिक ३१ सामने जिंकणारा तो राजस्थानचा कर्णधार बनला आहे. या बाबतीत त्याने महान शेन वॉर्नची बरोबरी केली. वॉर्नच्या नेतृत्वाखालीही आरआरने ३१ सामने जिंकले होते. यानंतर राहुल द्रविड १८ विजयांसह तिसऱ्या स्थानावर आहे आणि स्टीव्ह स्मिथ १५ विजयांसह चौथ्या स्थानावर आहे.

राजस्थानच्या विजयात रियान परागने महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावली. त्याने २६ चेंडूंत २ चौकार आणि  षटकारांच्या मदतीने ३६ धावांची खेळी केली. पराग या संपूर्ण मोसमात जबरदस्त फॉर्ममध्ये आहे आणि त्याने खूप चांगल्या धावा केल्या आहेत. त्याने १७व्या सत्रात आतापर्यंत ५६७ धावा केल्या आहेत. राजस्थानसाठी आयपीएलच्या एका मोसमात सर्वाधिक धावा करणाऱ्या पराग तिसऱ्या क्रमांकावर आहे. या यादीत जोस बटलर पहिल्या क्रमांकावर आहे. आयपीएल २०२२ मध्ये त्याने ८६३ धावा केल्या होत्या. तर, यशस्वी जैस्वालने २०२३ मध्ये ६२५ धावा केल्या होत्या आणि तो दुसऱ्या क्रमांकावर आहे.

यासह पराग आयपीएलच्या एका मोसमात सर्वाधिक धावा करणाऱ्या अनकॅप्ड खेळाडूंच्या यादीत तिसऱ्या क्रमांकावर आला आहे. त्याचा एक नियोजित सामना बाकी आहे आणि जर त्यांनी अंतिम फेरी गाठली तर दोन.  अशा परिस्थितीत तो आयपीएलमध्ये सर्वाधिक धावा करणारा अनकॅप्ड खेळाडू यशस्वी जैस्वालचा विक्रम मोडू शकतो. यशस्वीने २०२३ मध्ये अनकॅप्ड खेळाडू म्हणून ६२५ धावा केल्या होत्या. रायन या कामगिरीपासून ५८ धावा दूर आहे. या यादीत माजी क्रिकेटपटू शॉन मार्श दुसऱ्या स्थानावर आहे. २००८ मध्ये पंजाब किंग्जकडून खेळताना त्याने ६१६ धावा केल्या होत्या. अनकॅप्ड खेळाडू म्हणजे त्या विशिष्ट वर्ष किंवा वेळेपर्यंत ज्याने कोणताही आंतरराष्ट्रीय सामना खेळला नाही असा खेळाडू असतो.

रियान पराग आयपीएलमध्ये चौथ्या क्रमांकावर फलंदाजी करणाऱ्या किंवा एका हंगामात सर्वाधिक धावा करणाऱ्या खेळाडूंमध्ये दुसऱ्या स्थानावर आहे. ऋषभ पंतच्या नावावर आयपीएलच्या एका मोसमात चौथ्या क्रमांकावर किंवा खालच्या क्रमांकावर फलंदाजी करताना सर्वाधिक धावा करण्याचा विक्रम आहे. त्याने २०१८ मध्ये दिल्ली कॅपिटल्ससाठी चौथ्या किंवा त्याखालील क्रमांकावर फलंदाजी करताना ५७९ धावा केल्या. परागच्या नावावर ५६७ धावा आहेत. या हंगामात परागने राजस्थानसाठी फक्त चौथ्या क्रमांकावर किंवा त्याखालील क्रमांकावर फलंदाजी केली आहे.

The Initial Public Offering (“IPO” or “Offer”) of the Company will open on Monday, May 27th, 2024, for subscription and close on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024. Investors can bid for a minimum of 1000 Equity Shares and in multiples of 1000 Equity Shares thereafter. The offer also includes a reservation of up to 326,000 equity shares for subscription by market makers.

The issue consists of a fresh issue of up to 64,80,000 equity shares with “NO Offer for Sale” (OFS) - from promoter and promoter group. 

The Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to the extent of Rs 5 crore for funding for strategic investment and acquisitions, Rs 20.09 crore for funding Capital Expenditure towards construction of factory building, Rs 45.20 crore for funding capital expenditure towards acquisition and installation of additional plant and machinery and general corporate purpose.

Vilas Transcore promoted by Nilesh Jitubhai Patel manufactures and supplies a different range of electrical lamination cold rolled grain oriented (C.R.G.O.) lamination core, CRGO slit coils, CRGO stacked (assembled cores), CRGO wound core and CRGO Toroidal core that are critical for the manufacturing of power transformers, distribution transformers & dry type transformers, high voltage / medium voltage & low voltage current transformers, that are used for distribution and transmission of electricity. 

It manufactures its products keeping in mind the industry standards and specifications given by the customer, with the use of latest technology to manufacture its products and offers its customers with the defined requirements based on the product dimensions and materials for application in the power & distribution equipment industry. 

The company majorly caters to the power distribution and power engineering industry. Currently, it operates from two ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facilities located at Por near Vadodara, Gujarat. 

Vilas Transcore Limited clocked a profit of Rs 20.22 crores in the FY23, up from Rs 17.91 crores in the previous year, an increase of 12.90%. Revenue from operations during the FY23 increased significantly to Rs 282.60 crores from Rs 233.03 crores in the previous year, an increase of 21.27%, primarily due to an increase in domestic revenue and job work charges received. 

For nine months ended December 31, 2023, revenue from operations stood at Rs 235.74 crores, and profit after tax stood at Rs 16.79 crores.

The Issue is being made through the Book Building Process, wherein not more than 50% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers, not less than 15% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation to Non-Institutional Investors and not less than 35% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders.

Ø Consolidated Financial Highlights

·      PFC Group registered the highest annual Profit After Tax (PAT) with 25% increase - Rs. 21,179 crores in FY’23 to Rs. 26,461 crores in FY’24.

·      PFC Group continues to be the largest NBFC Group in India with total balance sheet size crossing more than Rs.10 lakh crore in FY’24 – The current balance sheet size is 10.39 lakh crores.

·      16% growth in consolidated loan asset book from Rs. 8,57,500 crores as on 31.03.2023 to Rs. 9,90,824 crores as on 31.03.2024

·      Consolidated Net worth (including  non-controlling interest) increased by 20% - Rs. 1,11,981 crores as on 31.03.2023 to Rs. 1,34,289 crores as on 31.03.2024

·      The consolidated Gross NPA nearly touches 3% and is at 3.02% in FY’24 vs. 3.66% in FY’23.

·      Owing to active resolution efforts, consolidated Net NPA has reached its lowest level at 0.85% in FY’24 from 1.03% in FY’23.

 

Ø Stand Alone Financial Highlights

·      PFC is now the highest profit making NBFC in India, with 24% remarkable increase registered in Standalone Profit After Tax from Rs. 11,605 crores in FY’23 to Rs. 14,367 crores in FY’24.

·      18% increase registered in Quarterly PAT from Rs. 3,492 crores in Q4’23 to Rs. 4,135 crores in Q4’24.

·      Final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share proposed by Board in Q4’24. With this, PFC has given a total dividend of Rs. 13.50 per share for FY 24.

·      Double-digit growth of 14% witnessed in loan asset book- from Rs. 4,22,498 crores as on 31.03.2023 to Rs.4,81,462 crores as on 31.03.2024.

·      Renewable book registered 25% year on year growth, The renewable loan portfolio has crossed the 60K milestone and is at Rs.60,208 crores. PFC continues to be the largest renewable lender in India.

·      PFC continues to maintain comfortable capital adequacy levels. CRAR as on 31^st March,2024 is at 25.41%, with Tier 1 capital at 23.18%, well above the regulatory limit.

·      16% increase in net worth from Rs. 68,202 crores as on 31.03.2023 to Rs. 79,203 crores as on 31.03.2024.

·      The asset quality has further improved with Net NPA ratio reaching its lowest level in last 6 years at 0.85% in FY’24 vs. 1.07% in FY’23. No new NPA added in more than a year. Gross NPA for FY’24 is at 3.34%, a decrease of 57 bps from 3.91% in FY’23.

 

Ø Management comments

On PFC’s performance, Chairperson and Managing Director, Parminder Chopra shared that PFC Group continues to be the largest NBFC Group in India and is also India's highest profit making NBFC both on a consolidated and on a stand-alone basis.

PFC achieved record profits in FY 24. Profit increased by 24% to Rs. 14,367 crores. This strong performance is backed by a 14% growth in our loan portfolio while retaining a strong asset quality.  Our Net NPA levels reduced from 1.07% in previous financial year to 0.85% currently.

Maximizing shareholder value remains a priority. Today, the final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share has been proposed by the Board. With this, the total dividend for FY’24 would be Rs. 13.50 per share.

Beyond financials, PFC leads India's clean energy push. Our renewable loan portfolio grew 25% year on year to over Rs. 60,000 crores, solidifying our position as the leading renewable lender in India.

Mumbai, May 10, 2024: Bengaluru-based Go Digit General Insurance Limited is one of the leading digital full-stack insurance companies founded in 2017 by insurance veteran Kamesh Goyal has fixed the price band at ₹258 to ₹272 per equity share for its initial public offer.  The Initial Public Offering (“IPO” or “Offer”) of the Company will open on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, for subscription and close on Friday, May 17, 2024. Investors can bid for a minimum of 55 Equity Shares and in multiples of 55 Equity Shares thereafter.

The Offer with a face value of ₹10 per Equity Share is a mix of fresh issue of Rs 1,125 crore and an offer for sale up to 54.77 million equity shares by Promoters and Other Selling Shareholders.

Go Digit has an end-to-end digital capability and a digital-first approach across customers’ insurance value chain. According to the RedSeer Report for the nine months ended December 31, 2023, and Financial Year 2023, the Company catered for approximately 82.5% (equating to ₹ 66.80 billion) and 82.1% (equating to ₹ 72.43 billion), respectively, of the GWPs written by the digital full-stack insurance players which include Acko and Navi, making it the largest digital full-stack insurance player in India. The Company offers motor insurance, health insurance, travel insurance, property insurance, marine insurance, liability insurance, and other insurance products, according to the needs of the customers. For the nine months ended December 31, 2023 motor insurance contributed 61.1% of the GWP.

According to the RedSeer Report, Go Digit's GWP per employee for each of the nine months ended December 31, 2023, and Financial Year 2023 is highest compared to the average GWP per employee for non-life insurance companies in India demonstrating better operational efficiency compared to other general insurance companies in India.

Go Digit launched 74 active products across all business lines. As of the nine months ended December 31, 2023, and Financial Year 2023, it had a market share of approximately 6.0% and 5.4%, respectively, in the motor insurance segment one of the largest non-life insurance segment in India, according to the RedSeer Report.

The company has an established track record of delivering growth. GWP increased from ₹ 5,267.63 crore in Financial Year 2022 to ₹ 7,242.99 crore in Financial Year 2023, an increase of 37.5%, primarily due to an increase in GDPI from motor insurance, health insurance and personal accident insurance. The company has maintained an adequate capital position with a solvency ratio of 1.78 times and 1.60 times as of March 31, 2023, and December 31, 2023, respectively, compared to the IRDAI level minimum solvency ratio guidance of 1.50 times. The policies issued for fiscal 2023 stood at 10.63 million against 7.76 million in fiscal 2022. For the nine months ended 31 December, 2023, policies issued stood at 8.46 million. The Company's AUM increased from Rs 9,393.87 crore in Financial Year 2022 to Rs 12,668.36 crore in Financial Year 2023, an increase of 34.9%, primarily due to an increase in GWP and additional capital infusion from share issuances. For the nine months ended December 31, 2023, AUM stood at 14,909.01 crore. The GDPI increased from ₹ 4,673.94 crore in the Financial Year 2022 to ₹ 6,160.01 crore in the Financial Year 2023, an increase of 31.8%. For the nine months ended December 31, 2023, GDPI stood at ₹ 5,970.53 crore.

The Offer is being made through the Book Building Process, wherein at least 75% of the Offer shall be allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers, not more than 15% of the Offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Bidders and not more than 10% of the Offer shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Bidders.

कविसंमेलनच्या अध्यक्षपदी विराजमान असलेल्या सीमा विश्वास यांनी देखील आपल्या दोन रचना सादर केल्या. अध्यक्षीय मनोगत व्यक्त करताना त्यांनी मराठी साहित्य व कला सेवा आणि शोध आनंदाचा फाऊंडेशन यांच्या आयोजकांच्या कार्याची दखल घेतली. त्या आपल्या मनोगतामध्ये पुढे म्हणाल्या, "आपण सर्व कवी नेहमीच सुंदर रचना सादर करण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो, यावेळीही सर्वांच्याच रचना खूप सुंदर होत्या. पण मला बालकवी वेदान्तचे खूप कौतुक करावेसे वाटते कारण त्याच्या कविता तर छान असतातच पण ह्या वयात त्याला कविता सुचतात हीच फार कौतुकाची गोष्ट आहे. वेदांत, तुला माझ्याकडून खूप खूप प्रेमळ शुभेच्छा आणि हे कवीपण असेच कायम जप आणि 'बाळाचे पाय पाळण्यात दिसतात' या उक्तीप्रमाणे नक्किच मोठेपणी या क्षेत्रात तू आपला वेगळा ठसा उमटवशील असा आमच्या सर्वांकडूनच तुला आशिर्वाद आहे." मनोगताच्या अखेरीस आयोजकांनी सुरू केलेली ही वाटचाल प्रगतीचे शिखर गाठू दे, अशी प्रार्थना करून आभार मानले.

 

कार्यक्रमाची सांगता करताना 'मराठी साहित्य व कला सेवा' आणि 'शोध आनंदाचा फाऊंडेशन' यांच्या वतीने सर्व सारस्वतांना सहभाग सन्मानपत्र देऊन गौरविण्यात आले.

Ahmedabad based Sanstar Limited (“Sanstar” or “the Company”), one of the major manufacturers of Plant-based Specialty Products and Ingredient Solutions in India for Food, Animal Nutrition, and Industrial Applications filed its DRHP dated January 01, 2024 with SEBI and has received capital markets regulator SEBI's nod on April 30, 2024 to launch Initial Public Offering (IPO). 

Sanstar exports to over 45 countries across Asia, Americas, Europe and Oceania, Middle East and Africa and derives more than 30% of the revenue from exports. Notably, the Kutch facility of the Company is registered with United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA). The manufacturing facilities of the Company are spread across cumulative land area of approximate 245 acres (~11 million square feet) with ample scope for expansion. During FY 2023, on a Consolidated basis, the Company generated ₹ ~1,180 crores of revenue, ~73 cores of EBITDA and ~ 42 crores of Profit After Tax (PAT) while ROE and ROCE were ~28% and 24% respectively. Revenue, EBITDA and PAT have grown at a CAGR of ~57%, ~39% and ~71% respectively during FY21-FY23, on a Standalone basis.

Speciality products and ingredient solutions add taste, texture, nutrients and increased functionality to food, animal nutrition and industrial products, as ingredients, thickening agents, stabilizers, sweeteners, emulsifiers, additives nutritional ingredients, disintegrants, excipients, supplements, coating agents, binders, smoothing & flattering agents, finishing agents, among others.

The IPO comprises Fresh Issue of upto 40 million shares and an Offer for Sale of upto 8 million shares by the selling shareholders. 

Sanstar has an installed capacity of 1,100 tons per day through its two manufacturing facilities at Dhule in Maharashtra and Kutch in Gujarat. Sanstar is promoted by two generations of the Promoters having cumulative experience of over 6 decades in the industry. To tap the next phase of the growth, the Company is in the process of expanding the capacity at Dhule facility on the existing land which is expected to increase 1,000 tons per day in capacity.

The Fresh Issue proceeds (or “Net Proceeds”) would be utilised for funding the capital expenditure requirement for expansion of the Dhule facility and repayment and/or pre-payment of certain borrowings.
