7 जुलै 2023 रोजी मुंबई येथे प्लास्टिक उद्योगाच्या वाढीसाठी दुसरी तंत्रज्ञान परिषद आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे.

मुंबई, 27 जून 2023 - ऑल इंडिया प्लास्टिक मॅन्युफॅक्चरर्स असोसिएशन (AIPMA) ला प्लॅस्टिक उद्योगाच्या वाढीसाठी 7 जुलै 2023 रोजी ललित हॉटेलमध्ये, मुंबई येथे होणार्‍या आगामी दुसऱ्या तंत्रज्ञान परिषदेची घोषणा करताना आनंद होत आहे. ही परिषद प्लास्टिक वस्तूंच्या आयात प्रतिस्थापनाला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी आणि सरकारच्या मेक इन इंडिया उपक्रमाला पाठिंबा देण्यासाठी AIPMA च्या प्रयत्नांचा एक भाग आहे.

AIPMA ने केलेल्या सर्वंकष अभ्यासानुसार, रु. 2021-22 या आर्थिक वर्षात भारतात रु. 37,500 कोटी रुपयांची आयात करण्यात आली, ज्यामध्ये चीनचा वाटा 48% आहे. आयात अवलंबित्व कमी करण्याच्या आणि स्वावलंबी होण्याच्या आवाहनाला प्रतिसाद म्हणून, AIPMA ने आयात प्रतिस्थापनासाठी 553 प्लास्टिक उत्पादने ओळखली आहेत. 16,000 पेक्षा जास्त प्लॅस्टिक प्रक्रिया मशीन्स आणि टूल्ससह दरवर्षी अंदाजे 4 दशलक्ष टन कच्च्या मालाची मागणी 37,500 कोटी रुपये किमतीच्या प्लास्टिक वस्तूंच्या आयात प्रतिस्थापनाचा अंदाज  अपेक्षित आहे. शिवाय, या उपक्रमामुळे देशात 500,000 अतिरिक्त रोजगार निर्माण होण्याचा अंदाज आहे.

सूक्ष्म लघु आणि मध्यम उद्योग मंत्रालय, रसायने आणि पेट्रोकेमिकल्स विभाग आणि वाणिज्य विभाग यांच्याद्वारे समर्थित, या परिषदेचे उद्दिष्ट "मेक इन इंडिया - मेक फॉर द वर्ल्ड" प्लास्टिक उत्पादनांचे उत्पादन सुलभ करणे आहे. 26 मे 2023 रोजी दिल्ली येथे झालेल्या पहिल्या तंत्रज्ञान परिषदेच्या यशावर आधारित, मुंबईतील दुसरी तंत्रज्ञान परिषद 450 हून अधिक उद्योग व्यावसायिक, सरकारी अधिकारी, दूरदर्शी, संशोधक आणि उद्योजकांना आकर्षित करेल अशी अपेक्षा आहे. भारत सरकारचे माननीय वाणिज्य आणि उद्योग मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल यांच्या उपस्थितीत या परिषदेला गौरविण्यात येणार आहे.

AIPMA चे अध्यक्ष श्री. मयूर डी. शाह यांनी भारतीय प्लास्टिक उद्योगाच्या भविष्यातील संभाव्यतेबद्दल आशावाद व्यक्त केला. 3.5 लाख कोटी रुपयांच्या वस्तूंचे वार्षिक उत्पादन पाहता भारताकडे जगातील प्रीमियम पुरवठा केंद्र बनण्याची क्षमता आहे यावर त्यांनी भर दिला. श्री शाह यांनी भारताच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेत उद्योगाची महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका अधोरेखित केली, 50,000 प्रोसेसिंग युनिट्सद्वारे 5 दशलक्ष लोकांना रोजगार दिला आहे, ज्यापैकी 90% लघु आणि मध्यम उद्योग आहेत. 5 ट्रिलियन डॉलरची अर्थव्यवस्था बनण्याच्या भारताच्या महत्त्वाकांक्षेमध्ये प्लास्टिक उद्योग महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावेल यावर त्यांनी भर दिला. श्री शाह पुढे म्हणाले की ही परिषद उत्पादक आणि आयातदार

यांच्यात थेट संवादाचे व्यासपीठ म्हणून काम करेल आणि आयात प्रतिस्थापन सुलभ करण्यासाठी विविध तंत्रज्ञान आणि नवकल्पनांचे प्रदर्शन करेल.

श्री अरविंद मेहता, AIPMA च्या गव्हर्निंग कौन्सिलचे अध्यक्ष, आणि AIPMA चे AMTEC, AIPMA आणि प्लास्टइंडिया फाउंडेशनचे माजी अध्यक्ष, यांनी भारताच्या प्लास्टिक उद्योगाला चालना देण्यासाठी "डिजिटल इंडिया," "मेक इन इंडिया," आणि "स्किल इंडिया" सारख्या सरकारच्या उपक्रमांची कबुली दिली. आयात प्रतिस्थापनामुळे स्थानिक प्लास्टिक वस्तू उत्पादकांसाठी तंत्रज्ञान आणि व्यवसाय संधी यावर त्यांनी परिषदेचे लक्ष केंद्रित केले. श्री. मेहता म्हणाले की या परिषदेत आयात केलेल्या प्लास्टिक उत्पादनांचे प्रदर्शन आणि नमुने सादर केले जातील, ज्यामुळे आयात प्रतिस्थापन प्लास्टिक उत्पादनांच्या वेगवान विकासाच्या संभाव्यतेबद्दल अंतर्दृष्टी मिळेल. त्यांनी उद्योगाच्या स्वावलंबनाचे महत्त्व आणि अद्ययावत तंत्रज्ञान आणि नवकल्पनांच्या देवाणघेवाणीवर भर दिला.

AIPMA ने MIDC, अंधेरी येथे उत्कृष्टता केंद्र, अरविंद मेहता तंत्रज्ञान आणि उद्योजकता केंद्र (AMTEC) स्थापन केले आहे. The initial public offering (“IPO” or “Offer”) of the Company will open on Friday, 30 June, 2023, for subscription and closes on Tuesday, 4 July, 2023. Investors can bid for a minimum of 100Equity Shares and in multiples of 100 Equity Shares thereafter.

 

The public issue of up to 2,56,32,000Equity Shares of face value of ₹5 per Equity Share comprises of fresh issue of up to 1,82,58,400Equity Shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) up to 73,73,600Equity Shares by its Promoter, Pravin Kumar Agarwal.

 

Under the Construction & Development vertical,the Civil Construction business is executed by its subsidiary Garuda Construction. Garuda Construction is currently executing Civil Construction of six (6) residential projects for Third Party Developers and Promoter Group in the MMR which representing order book of ₹46,827.59 Lakhs as on March 15, 2023. PKH through its subsidiaries has constructed and developed the Delhi Police Headquarters in April 2021 on HAM basis.

Under the Hospitality segment, it owns, manages and operates hotels, restaurants, QSRs, Spas and sale of food products. It owns two hotels in Andheri and Vasai at Mumbai and manage one resort & spa at Aamby Valley, Lonavala. Presently, the Company has total hotel keys of 116 and has potential to add 70 more keys.

The Company has been awarded with two (2) Government Projects (16 MW Hydro Power Project in Arunachal Pradesh and Nagpur Project) and three (3) Government Hotel Development Projects viz., Rajnagar Garhi Project, Pahadikhurd Project and Tara Resort Project in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The Company clocked a profit after tax and non-controlling interest grew 32.55%to ₹4,051.55 lakhs in the financial year FY22 against ₹3,056.67 lakhs in FY21, whereas revenue from operations during the year FY22stood at₹19,935.20 lakhs. Further, the Profit for the nine-months period ended December 2022 stood at ₹2,863.52 lakhs.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 22Equity Shares and in multiples of 22 Equity Shares thereafter.

 

The public issue with a face value of Rs 10 per equity share comprises of Rs 240 crore of fresh issue and an offer for sale of 4,869,712 equity shares. The offer also includes a reservation for a subscription by eligible employees.

 

On June 15, 2023, the company, in consultation with the lead bankers to the issue,raised Rs 60 crore in a Pre-IPO placement from institutional investors, including Tata AIG General Insurance, 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund- Series 9 and 10, Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund, and Think Investments PCC, a foreign institutional investor.

 

The proceeds from its fresh issuance to the tune of Rs. 50 crore will be utilised for repayment / prepayment of certain indebtedness availed by the Company, Rs 135 towards funding working capital gap, Rs 40 crore for investment in product development and general corporate purposes.

 

The Companythrough its IPO will fetch Rs 550.69 crore - Rs 567.24 crore at the lower and upper end of the price band.

 

ideaForge Technology has been backed by several marquee ventures and private equity investors including Qualcomm Asia, Infosys, and Celesta Capital. Mathew Cyriac backed Florintree Enterprises is the single largest shareholder in the company with approximately 11.85% stake had invested in the company in April 2022.

 

The Mumbai-based company had the largest operational deployment of indigenous UAVs across India, with its drone manufactured taking off every five minutes on average for surveillance and mapping.  Comparing the last 2 fiscals, itsrevenue from operations increased by 16.66% from ₹159.44 crore in the Fiscal 2022 to ₹186.01 crore in the Fiscal 2023, whereas profit after tax stood at Rs 31.99 crore in Fiscal 2023.
